WHAT TO BRING

Bring a mat and water bottle. A small towel is optional.

Wear something that allows movement. You may also want to bring a sweatshirt on cooler days. The rest of the equipment will be provided. If you forget one of these items, fear not! You may borrow from the instructor while supplies last.

Be sure to stay hydrated and to avoid eating at least an hour before class (if you must, a small snack, water, black coffee or tea is fine). Below is a full list of the equipment that we may use in class.
